We're accepting Submissions for Issue Six. Send some things.

We publish writing - fiction, poetry, essay, whatever incredible work you have. If you are a photographer or artist we would love to use your work for an upcoming issue, send us an email.

We publish what we like and what we think other people would like. So don't send things we won't like. To find out what fits our taste, look through the site.

We don't really want anything previously published, we like new writing. Simultaneous submissions are fine, but please tell us if you accepted elsewhere.

Send writing submissions all submissions to robotmelon@gmail.com. For text, send a word document, an .rtf file, or paste the work in the body of an email. For art and photography we prefer .jpg files.

Also, remember that we are publishing on the internet. For this reason, keeping the work short (around 1800 words max) is nice. Don't be discouraged from sending something longer, but remember that people tend to have shorter reading spans with electronic writing.

Response time: We don't know. We like to read everything and then read it again, to really think about what you have taken so much time writing. We may respond the same day, or it might be a month. We read everything, and will get back to you.

In the body of the e-mail give us a 2-3 line biography. If you like a certain type of bear, this might be the place to mention it.

Like most, we want first electronic publishing rights, once published, the rights revert back to the writer/artist. We will, however, archived the work used. If it has been published on a personal website or blog, that is fine and maybe encouraged, so send it to us.

Submit to us. It will be fun and make you live longer.
